Hello, I'm Jonathan. I have been struggling with CISPplus, a rare variant of CIDP, for the last few years. In August 2025, I was hospitalized as my condition relapsed. They took nerve and muscle biopsies but didn't do the promised allograft (cadaver replacement), resulting in Complex Regional Pain Syndrome.
With no family help and my disability hearing in late July, me and my 4 cats will be homeless by the end of March, and once again I need your help.
As you can imagine, living with debilitating chronic illness has been a challenge, without good support, any sense of security goes out the window. I don't own a home; I used what credit I had to pay rent and I'm unable to work and would not be able to afford the most likely lifelong treatment for my condition.
I will finally see a disability judge in late July, that process has taken nearly 3 years in which I lost what little I had. Until then, I have no income and come April I will be unable to afford where I live.
My plan is to buy an inexpensive RV/Mobile home, something on wheels, something that can be moved, so that me and my 4 cats (who save my life everyday) will have a place to sleep. Oddly it would offer a sense of security that I haven't had in the last few years.
If I get my disability in late July, my plan after that is to build a tiny house on a trailer so it can also be moved, and we will be able to have a roof over our heads.
I will most likely need my every 3 week infusion for the rest of my life. I will have to continue seeing numerous specialists just to maintain my current health, which isn't in the best place right now.
I do have a new Doctor who seems determined to get me to a more functional place. It's the first time in a long while where I have had a little hope restored. Until then, my babies and I need a place to keep us safe.
Any help is more than appreciated, you will literally be saving lives.
Thank you, and all my love.
