Hello, my name is Lindsay , and I am a mother of three children, including my 4 year-old son who is blind and autistic. Right now, we are facing one of the hardest chapters of our lives.

Recently, I made the difficult decision to sell my car in order to get my kids and I out of an unsafe situation. That money allowed us to move into a hotel temporarily, and I am using a rental car so we can still get to appointments and search for stability.

I have reached out to every community resource available. We are listed as homeless with my local coalition, and I am currently waiting to hear from a case manager. At the same time, I’m waiting for daycare assistance so that I can work, and for ABA therapy services for my son so that he can get the care he needs.

As a mom, all I want is to provide a safe, stable home for my children where they can feel secure. Right now, every day is filled with uncertainty. Hotel costs are adding up quickly, and without steady childcare or housing assistance yet in place, I am struggling to hold everything together on my own.

I am reaching out to ask for help during this difficult time. Any support you can give whether it’s a donation or simply sharing this fundraiser means the world to us. Every contribution brings us closer to stability, to a safe place we can call home, and to a future where my children can thrive.
