My name is Barbara, and I was unexpectedly attacked by a dog. One moment I was helping my family in a time of need and the next I was bend forward trying to hide my face from a bunch of kids to not see the amount of blood coming from my face. The bite caused serious damages to my face, leaving me with stitches, swelling, bruising and so much emotional trauma. The doctors told me that I would need to go through a lot of different procedures and many many appointments. Also I would have to act fast they also told me that I would need multiple different plastic surgery procedures to repair the damaged prevent permanent scarring. At first my insurance has been helping for the most part which was very helpful and such a relief. But now my insurance has stopped covering the procedures I still desperately need. These procedures are not about cosmetics, but to help heal the layers of skin and flesh I lost. any donations _big or small_ will go directly towards my procedures and recovery.
