Help me afford the eSight 4 glasses.
Hello, I am Zane. I have been diagnosed with Optic Nerve Hypoplasia. It’s a visual impairment that is unfixable and not correctable by glasses and contacts. I have no peripheral vision, and my right eye is almost completely blind. I can only see detail about an inch away from my face.
I just graduated high school with an associates degree in general studies and I plan on continuing my college education after a gap year where I will get a job in the computer science and IT field. I will be going to college to get a masters in computer science. I have never lived away from home, and I believe the eSight glasses will help both in the classroom and navigating the campus. They will also help me in the workforce as well.
The eSight 4 is a piece of tech designed to help visually impaired people see farther than they could before. It can zoom in on far away objects and signs, connects to electronic displays, and a host of other useful functions. I tried the original eSight years ago, and tried the eSight 4 a few month back. It definitely improved my vision. What looked like scribbles on a sheet of paper on the wall became readable text simply by zooming in.
Here are the eSight 4 glasses:
The eSight 4 would help me see things I wasn’t able to see before. I’ve tried regular glasses before, but with Optic Nerve Hypoplasia, nothing like that has been able to help, but the eSight will be able to change that.

This is an article from the Houston Chronicle that explains a little more about me and my visual impairment. I am putting it here to show that I do in fact have a visual impairment.
Thank you for your time and support!
