I am a single mom doing everything I can to advocate for my daughter, Harper, who is 7 years old and autistic. Recently, during her Thanksgiving break with her father, he made the decision to stop all of Harper’s medication, believing she was doing better without them. This was done without consulting me or her doctors, and I am deeply concerned for her health and well-being. Harper relies on her medication to help manage her symptoms and thrive in her daily life. The sudden change has put her at risk, and I am doing everything I can to make sure she gets the care she needs.

To protect Harper and ensure her medical needs are met, I need to take legal action.
