Help Me Achieve My Dream of Being a Nomad

To achieve my dream of becoming a nomad, I have to sell my house. To sell my house, I must make improvements. These include building a garage and adding new siding to the existing structure. I'm using some money I've saved and have secured some low-interest credit, but it's not enough. The proceeds from the sale of my house will help me purchase, when the market allows, a new-to-me cargo van that I will outfit with some essential equipment and structures so I can travel in my primary home. I will invest the rest wisely, so I will have more than my meager Social Security income to live on when my adventure is complete and I've identified my new home (the place, not necessarily the structure).
