Help me achieve My Dream of being a FullTime Musician in USA

Hello all, as I’m sure most of you know, my name is Jonny Rhodes and I’m about to embark on one of the biggest risks and adventures of my life. I’m leaving everything behind and moving to the USA to pursue my life long dream of becoming a full-time musician. Since the age of 3 years old I’ve always wanted to live in America. I’ve always known that one day I would live there, not just live there, but become a star there. After years of hard work, I’m on the verge of making it happen, and I need your help to take this to the next level.

My Story & Dream:

Music has always been my passion. From playing with my first production software at 8 to getting decks at 18. I was always that kid who jumped from hobby to hobby, with a new passion every week. So when I first picked up those DJ decks, my friends were like, “Here he goes again, another one of Jonnys fads. How long will it last this time?” But this time was different. This wasn’t just another phase; I’d finally found what I’d been searching for through all those other hobbies and my whole life. Music and DJing became my one true love. It has been the drive that gets me out of bed, the drive that wants to make me live.

For the past 10 years, I’ve been producing and performing as part of TWOGOOD. We started as two young 23 year-olds playing small gigs, and now we’ve had the privilege of performing at some of the most amazing parties on the planet. This journey has allowed me to document my career and successfully apply for a 3-year music visa, which will now enable me to pursue my dream in the USA!

With my performance visa in hand, I’m moving to America. This move marks one of the biggest and scariest decisions of my music career, as I’m launching my solo project, JONNY WILD. As exciting as it is, the thought of starting over scares me, but my soul knows I must do it, and I know it’s the right thing to do.

TWOGOOD is a huge part of my life that is still incredibly important to me, but JONNY WILD is my personal project, one that I believe I can take to new heights. I’m confident I can bring my energy and ambition to America and show audiences something truly unique and spread happiness and joy throughout.

I’m excited about what lies ahead, but starting over in a new country and transitioning to full-time music comes with significant costs. That’s why I’m asking for your support.

A Personal Note:

I’ll be honest, asking for help like this isn’t easy for me. I’ve always worked hard to earn what I need, but so far this visa has cost me £7000 alone. For those who know me well, you’ll know I’ve been working like a dog over this past year. 6 days a week, saving for this life change, and this is the first time I’ve turned to a platform like GoFundMe.
