Hi, my name is Nic, and I’m reaching out to you for support on a deeply personal journey.

For years, I have faced significant barriers to accessing gender-affirming care. Despite being referred to the NHS Gender Identity Clinic four times, I’ve yet to receive confirmation of even being placed on the waiting list. In the meantime, I’ve spent over £1,000 on private healthcare over the past two years just to take steps toward being my authentic self.

Now, I’m ready to take the next step in my transition—undergoing top surgery. This is not just a physical procedure; it’s a life-changing opportunity to feel comfortable in my own skin and experience a level of confidence and peace I’ve longed for.

After much research, I’ve chosen to have the surgery at the Kamol Hospital in Thailand. Their renowned expertise in gender-affirming surgeries and exceptional aftercare make them the best choice for me.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve struggled with discomfort and dysphoria surrounding my chest. Lockdown was the first time I wore a binder, and I cried tears of joy seeing how flat my chest looked—it was a moment of liberation and confidence I’ll never forget. Top surgery will allow me to feel that sense of freedom every single day.

As part of this journey, I want to give back to my community by documenting my journey through my YouTube Channel to help others navigate similar experiences.

Here’s a breakdown of the costs I’m fundraising for:

• Post-op hotel costs: £600

• Flights: £1,439.04

• Total estimated costs: £6,739.04

I am working full-time and saving as much as I can toward this goal, but I need your help to make it a reality.
