Help... Mckenzie Hayes needs travel expenses!

McKenzie a 15 year old young lady. She has had several grand mal seizures in the last two weeks.  She needs travel expenses to go to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN so she can get a diagnosis and then treatment.  McKenzie is scheduled to leave for Rochester Minnesota soon.  The photo is McKenzie with her seizure alert dog, Wilson. The seizures have worsened in the last 5 months. Any help is greatly appreciated.
