Help McKenzie and Bryan Recover from House Fire

My name is Bryan Wood, and I don't usually ask for help, but I don't know where else to turn. I've started this fundraiser to help McKenzie and I get back on our feet after a vehicle fire spread to our townhome and left it uninhabitable. We bought this unit last year after our apartment was flooded from a broken sprinkler pipe during winter storm Uri and have already remodeled our townhome twice due to Bad Contractors. We recently moved in on August 1, 2022, and we are still paying off previous contractors and lenders. We are currently displaced with our two dogs and are trying to secure temporary living arrangements until we find a permanent housing solution. Since we live in townhomes, the exterior brick wall and roof of our unit is being repaired by HOA, but we have been given a timeline of 6 months until completion, and we cannot begin our home repairs until this is completed.
