Help Mbachu Anderson Get a Kidney Transplant

I'm Mbachu Anderson Chukwudera, a 24-year-old whose life has been put on hold due to a critical health condition.

I'm currently battling End Stage Kidney Disease and relying on maintenance hemodialysis. My doctors have advised that a kidney transplant is the best course of treatment for a chance at a healthier, fuller life.
