Hi my name is Jacqueline Elmo, from the Catskills in NY. This is my first fundraiser, and I am doing so for Maysa Mahmoud Salem Aburaida, and her family in Gaza, who have been displaced. This is her message for anyone who may want to help:

"I am a mother of 5 children. I used to live a beautiful life before the war. In the war, my house was completely demolished, and I no longer have enough water to live in a tent. I cannot buy some basics, such as food, drink, and clothes for me and my children. I have a daughter who I gave birth to during the war, and she needs milk, pampers, and clothes. Instead, I need it. I want to live in safety and peace with my children. 5 Therefore, I need money to travel to Egypt, where there is safety and peace."
