Please Help Mayra win this battle against Cancer!

Mayra Jiménez is from Barranquilla-Colombia is 24 years old and single mom of 2 children (4 and 2 years old) Mayra is fighting a very rare and aggressive type of CANCER located on her face more than 1 year ago, this tumor had been treated as an osteosarcoma (doctors are not 100% sure of this diagnosis) however, she has undergone many chemotherapies and radiotherapies which has been weakening her body little by little and has not yet been able to provide the help she really needs! Due to the location of the tumor it is not possible to operate, since it is very large and it has her cranium, brain, right eye and its orbit and its entire nose compromised, the tumor measures approximately 4 inches. 
This campaign is to help Mayra find a specialized treatment and be able to find a successful diagnosis and treatment in this type of cancer and win this battle. One of the possible treatments could be carried out with the help of the National Cancer Institute but it is located in the city of Bogota-Colombia, so she has to be constantly moving from Barranquilla to Bogota with her mother who is the one who accompanies her in this process and she must Find where to stay, for transportation and for all her daily medical expenses!
She fights for her life day by day, she has a lot of faith and a lot of desire to live and her biggest motivation is her children! Let's support this cause!

Mayra Jiménez es de Barranquilla-Colombia tiene 24 años de edad y mamá soltera de 2 niños (de 4 y 2 años) Mayra está luchando contra un tipo de CANCER muy raro y agresivo localizado en su rostro hace más de un año, dicho tumor está siendo tratado como un osteosarcoma (diagnóstico que los médicos no están 100% seguros) sin embargo ha sido sometida a muchas quimioterapias y radioterapias lo cual ha ido debilitando su cuerpo poco a poco y aún no le han podido brindar la ayuda que ella requiere realmente! Debido a la ubicación del tumor no es posible operarlo, ya que es muy grande y tiene comprometidos su cráneo, cerebro, su órbita y ojo derecho, y toda su nariz hasta la orofaringe, el tumor mide aproximadamente 10cm. Esta campaña es para ayudar a Mayra a buscar un tratamiento especializado y poder encontrar un diagnóstico  y tratamiento acertados en este tipo de cáncer y poder ganarle la batalla . Uno de los posibles tratamientos podría realizarse con ayuda del instituto nacional de cancerologia pero queda ubicado en la ciudad de Bogota-Colombia por lo cual tiene que estar trasladándose constantemente desde Barranquilla a Bogota junto a su mama que es quien la acompaña en este proceso y debe buscar donde hospedarse, para transportarse y para todos sus gastos médicos diarios! Ella lucha por su vida día a día, tiene mucha fe y muchas ganas de vivir y su mayor motivación son sus hijos! Apoyemos esta causa!
