Help Mayra and Jacob Through This Tough Time

Mayra is my sis, not by blood but because when our paths crossed on IG we immediately connected on our losses of our dads, our boys and more. When we met in reality at a We All Grow event, it felt like we had known each other a lifetime.

Mayra was diagnosed with cancer in 2021 when she has just moved to Long Beach with her young son Jacob. I immediately jumped into the auntie role of Jacob and took him to school, sports, practices and more. Jacob & my son Isaac are best buds, they say their cousins.

Mayras cancer was treated and she has been in remission for 2 years until now where her cancer is back putting her out of work but also having her move back home to her moms to have her help with her son and treatment.

I’m extremely hurt my sis is going through cancer again yet my heart hurts more she has to move out of LB and I will not be 5-10 mins away from her to care for her and my nephew. Shes family and watching her handle this diagnosis again with such grace and patience inspires me to do everything I can to help.

Mayra will be out of work for awhile. She will

need support for treatments, meds and daily expenses. Anything you can help with is truly appreciated and god bless
