Help Maya Save Posty from a Rough Life

Hi I’m Maya! I found this cat at one of my businesses deliveries. He seems to have grown rather fond of me so I’d like to take him home with me when I move in July. Unfortunately I cannot have pets where I stay at right now. But I would like to take him away from his life of struggle. He looks pretty rough so I’m going to assume his vet bills wont be cheap. Plus a shave since his fur is extremely matted. His name is Post Master General. (Posty for short , like Post Malone) this is just a general estimate for what he needs.
