I'm May, I'm 25 years old and I'm nonbinary (they/them/theirs pronouns).

I have had problems with my uterus for over 10 years now. Doctors always dismissed my severe bleeding, long periods, mood swings and cramping, and tried me on many different forms of birth control, which usually worsened the issues instead of helping them. My uterus has caused me so much pain and suffering, and I'm ready to remove it.

Since I don't want children, I have issues with my uterus, and I'm trans, I have been planning to have a laparoscopic hysterectomy this summer. My insurance is guessing that this surgery will cost me close to $7k. I don't have that money, but I desperately want my uterus removed because it will make my life so much easier and help with my uterine dysphoria.
