As many of you know my life has taken a very sudden turn due to a serious, life-threatening health condition. Much of what used to fill my days has evaporated nearly overnight, including almost all of my work and income, as healing has become a full-time job.

My condition requires immediate and intensive treatment if I am going to live and live well. It's likely to be a 2-year journey to health in the best circumstances.

Despite having insurance, the medical bills are huge and keep coming. I am just at the very start of treatment and have already spent close to $4000 in co-pays, mainly on diagnostics.

It truly does take a village, and I must reach out to all my beautiful villages now for help. This is profoundly humbling and not easy. But I can't do this without you.
