Help Maxine Recover and Find a Home

Hello Everyone this is Maxine, she is a 56 year old unhoused woman who resides in the streets of Calipatria. She is currently in ICU fighting for her life and needs OUR HELP!

I am advocating for Maxine, she has allowed me permission to help her get off the streets so I’m asking everyone and anyone to help where they can. As of yesterday Maxine has been placed in an induced coma because her lungs were filling up with fluids and she is in chronic renal failure, and will need dialysis treatments. She will need transportation. She will need to stay in a hotel until she can get permanent housing, she will need clothes (medium) keep in mind she will only wear sun dresses, diapers, shoes (size 7) food, hygiene…etc.

I've reached out to Woman Haven they told me to check back in 30 days because she didn’t meet the criteria, I’ve reached out to the homeless prevention, still waiting to hear back from them. Mental Health seems to be the only one helping however they themselves are limited and there’s a lot of red tape there as well. So I’m asking us to band together to HELP one of our most vulnerable citizens.
