Maximiliano José Herde Meléndez, known to friends as Maxi, is a 33-year-old architect who moved from Venezuela to Chile a decade ago to build a new life. Maxi has always been a dreamer, determined to achieve his goals and start a family. Now, he faces his toughest challenge yet: stage IV colon cancer with metastasis in the peritoneum. The treatments and medications Maxi needs are complex and costly, far beyond what he can manage alone.
Maxi’s will to live is unwavering. He dreams of getting married, becoming a father, and continuing to contribute to his community through his work as an architect. He has always been the kind of friend who stands by others in their hardest moments—he’s been there for me through my own struggles, offering support and encouragement when I needed it most. His kindness and resilience have touched many lives, and now he needs our help to keep fighting.
Every contribution, no matter the size, gives Maxi more time, more opportunities, and more hope. Your support will help cover the costs of his chemotherapy, medications, and related medical expenses. Thank you for standing with Maxi in this battle and for giving him the strength to believe in a future filled with possibility.
