Help Max thrive with her new service dog!

Help Max's family support her journey with her new autism service dog! This highly specialized pup will help Max transition to high school and increase her ability to be independent. Max has some chronic health issues that make it difficult for her to be physically active, and having the dog to walk and care for will also help her get medically necessary exercise.

Max's family expects the first year with the furry addition to be intense as they transition the dog into their two-household family and keep up with training. Expenses for owning a service dog include food, vet bills, and other animal care-related costs, plus work time lost to prepare for and complete a mandatory 10-day training and integration process.
