This is the last thing I want to ask from you, but I am posting here as a last resort.

I am in a really difficult spot and I am asking for your help. I have been out of work and unable to properly feed or care for myself recently, and now bills are coming due for amounts I do not have. Despite applying to over 200 jobs in the last month, I have yet to find consistent work, and bills and debts are now piling up to the point where it feels like a hole I cannot climb out of.

In addition to owing September rent, I have to pay off over $250 to credit cards as well as over $600 to various other bills.

My family is not able to help me financially, and this has been a huge stressor on everybody in my life. It has led to lots of suicidal ideation and mental health struggles, and I also have not been performing at all lately due to these life circumstances.

I have also been dealing with very serious undiagnosed pain in my shoulder and neck, in addition to my ongoing herniated disks and sciatic pain, which I have not been able to be seen for, but it has been completely debilitating physically and needs attention ASAP, as it freezes up the dominant side of my body. I was unfortunately recently denied for Medicare again, as they couldn’t verify paystubs from my current job (I am unemployed/freelance at the moment).
