My name is Max, I live in Maryland, and while I was driving back from a 12 hour road trip to Illinois to see my SO, I hydroplaned, crashed, and got hit by two semis, resulting in the total loss of the Honda Civic I received from my father. Though I am miraculously unharmed for the most part, this is the first automotive accident I've ever gotten into and my insurance expired an hour and a half before the crash took place (the crash was at 1:30 AM on a very rainy night in Appalachia). Currently, I owe $1,500 on the car itself, $720 for towing the wreck, $180 for the citation (Pennsylvania State Laws), and I owe an unknown amount for repairs to the guard rail I crashed into. My current workplace is not giving me enough hours for me to pay my usual bills already and finding another job is proving difficult with my preexisting disabilities. To start, I need to gather enough to pay off the car itself before interest sets in. Even just a few hundred will help me possibly get a different car to make it easier for me to get to/from work as most of my funds are being funneled into transport as of now. I greatly appreciate any help I can get, and if you'd like something in return, I could sketch a family pet or maybe a video game character as a token of gratitude. Drawing is one of my favorite hobbies. I am very overwhelmed at the moment and I may forget some requests should I have too many but I will still do my absolute best to make sure I don't miss anybody who asks for one.
