Hi, my name is Max. I’m 26 years old, and I’m a makeup artist of 8 years. I started doing makeup professionally at the age of 18. I’ve managed to do work for projects like Covergirl, ABC News, Discovery etc. 03/14/2026 I was heading to a booking for a wedding and upon looking at my kit in the back of my car, I was devastated to find that my entire makeup kit was stolen. This kit was made by an accumulation of products over my entire makeup career. This kit was easily 10 grand due to how expensive makeup is. 12 foundations about $50 per foundation were stolen, nearly 25 eyeliner pencils and 20 lipliner pencils ranging from $12 - $30 per pencil. 8 loose powders $35 a piece. 6 baked powders $25 each, an hourglass palette $125, multiple moisturizers, liquid highlighters, eye patches, primers, setting sprays, dozens of powder and cream blushes and bronzer, foundation palettes, eyeshadow palettes and around 30 high end concealers $25-$35. This was just some of what was stolen. I can no longer work being that I have nothing left, and I can’t afford to get a new kit. I don’t know what to do because makeup is my primary job and I’m just now starting to blossom in my career. Any donations will go to reestablish my kit.
