Hi all,

 

My name is Nick, and I need help. My sweet 7-year-old boy Max has had his urinary tract blocked twice this week. He has crystals and blood in his bladder.

 

I'm drowning in vet bills and I'm on the verge of having to empty out my bank account if there are any more complications. I'm just a student with a modest stipend, living alone, and I'm not equipped to handle these bills.

 

I've spent more than 2500$ in the last 48 hours and expect to reach 3000$ by the end of the week. Max is currently hospitalized for the next three days, and if he needs to stay any longer due to complications, that's another ~ 500$ per day. If he has to stay more than three days extra, I'll be completely broke.

 

Max is an angel and has been there for me through a lot of extremely difficult times. He's scared, I'm scared, and we need help. If you can pitch in anything to help, we'll be extremely grateful.

$ 965.05 | Consult + urine analysis + X-ray + de-blocking + meds + food at Anima-Plus Laurier

$ 129.34 | Fee for walking into the Centre Veterinaire DMV Montreal (emergency)

$ 1500.00 | 75% deposit on fees for Max's 3-day stay at the DMV (expected final amount is $ 2000 - 2500, with an extra $ 500 per day if there are any complications)
