Max’s Top Surgery Funds

Hi guys,  My name is Max I’m 21 years old and I am a transgender male living in Northern Ireland,  l have created this fundraiser to help raise funds for my top surgery.  This is a massive step in my journey,  most days i struggle with dysphoria which causes a lack of confidence within myself,  i rarely reach out to people and talk about my thoughts and feelings.
