My name is Cynthia, and I'm reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your support for someone who means the world to me, my dog Max.

Max came into my life through a local rescue a year ago. From the moment I saw him, I knew we were meant to find each other. He had this gentle, soulful look in his eyes that told a story of resilience and quiet strength. I adopted him not just to give him a second chance but truthfully, Max ended up saving me in more ways than I can count.

He’s more than just a pet. Max is my family, my best friend, and a light in so many people’s lives. Whether it’s offering quiet comfort during tough times, showing off his jumping skills at the dog park, or calmly sitting beside me when I need a friend. Max has a unique way of making people feel safe and loved. Everyone who meets him falls for him instantly.

Recently, Max began shaking his head more than usual and seemed uncomfortable. After a vet visit and some tests, we received devastating news: Max has a tumor growing inside his ear. It's causing him discomfort and pain, and the only way forward is to sedate him and surgery to remove it before it worsens. The procedure is urgent, and without it, the tumor could spread or severely impact his quality of life.

The cost of the surgery, tests, follow-up care, and medication is more than I can afford on my own. It’s a hard thing to ask for help, but I would do anything to give Max the chance to keep living the joyful, love-filled life he deserves.
