Help Max Overcome Financial and Medical Struggles

My name is Max, most of you would likely know me as the artist / small business raevi10. I've come here with the encouragement of friends to formally reach out for major help.

I'll start with a summary, almost 30k between credit card and loan debt, 2 cars that need repairs, medical bills, taxes, and vet bills.

Im not nessisarily looking to meet the goal, at this point litterly anything would make a major difference, but if we did somehow get to that 10k it would be utterly life changing.

I've been struggling for years now. The end of last year was some of the worst months of my life. A 5 year relationship ending in a messy divorce, me and my other partner (who is still with me) left scrambling trying to get a house that we just barely managed to do. Since then has been constant issues between medical, personal, house issues, animal issues, car issues and more.

Currently my partner and I are facing roughly 10k in credit card debt, 19k in loan debt from buying our car that is now totaled. Despite his really good job were barely surviving month to month and I unfortunately can only provide so much as a full time artist / small business owner. The aforementioned totaled car needs repairs, our truck has also ended up needing repairs and were stuck driving my 2010 ford focus with over 200k miles on it till they're fixed and praying she doesn't die too. I'm disabled, I suffer from severe depression and PTSD making it fantastically hard to work, and on top of that various medical issues and chronic pain. I'm fantastically lucky I've been able to make anything of myself as an artist and business but it's just not enough with what's going on right now.

Recently things have gotten a lot worse and scary for me medically, I have a million doctor appointments scheduled and we've used up all the money in my partners reimbursement account leaving us a bit over 1k short of the deductible, which means out of pocket for doctors appointments I cannot miss. I have been trying to save for a service dog for years now and have since had to dissolve the little money I had for various reasons, one of which including a procedure for my current dog rowan to remove a massive cyst I've been managing and get his teeth cleaned as he has stage 2 dental disease. I've kept that money separate just barely for now but I'm afraid without help we will have to use it to survive and my dog won't get the care he needs. We haven't had savings for a while now, things constantly happening that cause us to drain everything that we put away and were stuck trying to claw out of an impossibly deep hole that just keeps growing.

I'm incredibly tired, stressed worse then I've ever been before and It's making me physically ill. I'm In a lot of physical pain with very low energy, I've tried just about everything I can think of up to this point to try to make some money and make a difference but I fall short.

So now I'm here. Humbly asking for your kindness if you can afford to spare it, to help me turn my life around finally so that I can try to handle my health and live a life worth trying to live.
