Max has been more than just a dog to us—he's been family. For over 15 years, Max has filled our home with love, loyalty, and joy. He has been a constant source of comfort and companionship.
Recently, Max was diagnosed with glaucoma, a painful condition that’s now severely affecting his eye. After consulting with our vet, the best and most compassionate option is enucleation surgery (eye removal) to relieve his pain and allow him to live out his golden years comfortably and without suffering.
This is not a decision we’ve taken lightly, but we know it’s the right one for Max. He still has so much life and love left to give. While the surgery offers hope, it also comes with significant costs that we’re struggling to cover on our own.
We’re reaching out with hopeful hearts to ask for your help. Every donation—no matter how small—will go directly toward Max’s medical expenses, including surgery, medications, and aftercare.
Thank you for being a part of Max’s journey, and if you can donate or share this page, it would mean the world to us.
With gratitude,
Citlali & Max’s family
