Help Max Heal: Support His Surgery Fund

My name is Jackie Oliver. My dog Max tried to jump on a bed and lost his footing. After rushing him to his vet at Switzer Veterinary clinic I learned through the doctor that Max would need surgery to repair a ligament in his knee repaired and without surgery it will never heal. Unfortunately I do not have the means to get him the operation he needs so any help would be greatly appreciated.
