Help Max get to Kenya to Bury His Father

Maxwell Olwa lost his father in Kenya only 14 months after burying his mother. He and Jessica need $2000 to pay for a flight plus $3000 for additional expenses to help with the funeral costs, traveling in country, etc.

As the oldest son, it is imperative he get back as soon as possible to fulfill his family duties and be with everyone right now.

As a friend of Max and Jessica, I'm setting up a GoFundMe to help pay for these needs.

Jessica wrote on Facebook on 12/8 "Our hearts are heavy...Max’s dad passed away yesterday. From our very first time of meeting he has called me Daughter and he always treated me as one. He was a man who loved his family deeply. He raised Max to be the incredible Godly husband and father he is and I am so deeply thankful. We count our blessing of spending time with him last year and that our children have memories of their 'grandpa in Kenya.' He will be missed."

Maxwell wrote: "We received word last night that my father had passed away. We have lost a special Dad and grandfather, he will forever be in our hearts and mind. No one can fill the gap he has left, but we are thankful that gap will be filled by wonderful memories. Prayers and well wishes from friends and family will be highly appreciated."
