Our Story
Our son Max is an almost 4 years old boy, a beautiful little soul trapped inside a body and mind that make every day a fight.
Max has Severe Hemophilia A, Level 2 Autism, and Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome.
He is completely non-verbal and has no receptive language, which means he doesn’t understand words or instructions. Max can’t say Mom or Dad, or tell us when he’s hurt, hungry, or scared.
He also has runaway behaviors, running into danger without understanding the risks. With his bleeding disorder, this puts his life in constant danger.
Even with all these conditions, Max remains the happiest kid in the world.
We’ve tried every therapy and treatment, but there has been no progress. In the last year, Max has even regressed. We just want to give him a real chance.
Max currently has very limited school hours, and no daycare can accept him because of his high-risk behaviors. This makes it very hard for me to work full time, even though I still do my best to keep working, and we depend on Juan’s income to cover our expenses. That’s why we are fundraising to give Max the chance to receive a treatment that could change everything.
Why Stem Cell Therapy
After years of searching, we found hope at Trinity Clinic in Guadalajara, Mexico, where stem cell therapy has helped many children with autism.
For Max, it could mean finding calm where there’s chaos, beginning to understand words, and looking into our eyes knowing he’s safe.
Our Goal
We’re raising $5,500 CAD to cover:
$4,200 for one stem cell transfusion at Trinity Clinic
$1,500 for flights and hotel for Max and one caregiver
This treatment is not available or covered in Canada, and it’s our only option to help him.

Nuestra Historia
Nuestro hijo Max tiene casi 4 años, un pequeño lleno de luz atrapado en un cuerpo y una mente que hacen de cada día una lucha.
Tiene Hemofilia A severa, Autismo Nivel 2 y Síndrome de Vómitos Cíclicos.
Max es completamente no verbal y no tiene lenguaje receptivo, lo que significa que no comprende palabras ni instrucciones. No puede decir mamá o papá, ni avisarnos cuando tiene hambre, miedo o dolor.
También presenta conductas de fuga, corre hacia el peligro sin entender los riesgos, y con su hemofilia eso pone su vida en peligro constante.
Hemos probado todas las terapias y tratamientos posibles, pero no ha habido progreso. En el último año incluso ha retrocedido. Queremos darle una verdadera oportunidad.
Actualmente, Max solo asiste unas pocas horas a la escuela y ninguna guardería puede recibirlo por sus conductas peligrosas. Esto hace muy difícil que yo pueda trabajar a tiempo completo, aunque sigo trabajando en lo que puedo, y dependemos del ingreso de Juan para cubrir nuestros gastos. Por eso estamos recaudando fondos para darle a Max la oportunidad de un tratamiento que podría cambiar su vida.
Por Qué la Terapia con Células Madre
Después de años buscando respuestas, encontramos esperanza en la Clínica Trinity en Guadalajara, México, donde la terapia con células madre ha ayudado a muchos niños con autismo.
Para Max, esto podría significar encontrar calma donde hoy hay caos, comenzar a comprender palabras y mirarnos a los ojos sabiendo que está a salvo.
