Help Maverick Run Again: Support His Surgery

My name is Araksia, and I'm asking your help for for my rescued pup, Maverick.

Maverick is a 2 year old mixed breed. The rescue agency told me he is a Beagle mix, and he does have

that sweet Beagle face, but he has the long legs of a Greyhound! He is the fastest dog anybody has ever

seen. His loves to play and run zoomies around the yard with his best friend Herbie, but unfortunately he

hasn't been able to run for over 2 months.

Even though he is only 2 years old, Maverick has a rare tumor in his right front leg. My sweet boy will

have to have his entire leg amputated as soon as possible, before the tumor has a chance to spread. I have

$3,000 saved up, and my family will help as much as they can, but the surgery and recovery could cost as

much as $8,000.

The vet said his other legs are strong enough that he will be able to adjust to being a three-legged dog. I

am truly grateful for any donation, no matter how small, to get Maverick back to running with his friend. Even if you can't donate, please share!
