After a routine surgery and being discharged, little Maverick collapsed at home and had to be rushed to the ER.

He has been diagnosed with bilateral bronchial pneumonia that has worsened with each day from aspiration.He also has tracheitis and a stomach hernia.

Right now, he is in the best care and in an oxygen tank. I’m visiting him multiple times a day. Whenever I go, there are little tears in his eyes and he’s fighting for each breath. Needless to say, we are all very scared.

Keeping a dog hospitalized every 24 hours is no light bill, and we are way beyond what the insurance will cover. We are not able to take him home as his situation is so dire and we want the best care for him. Any little amount helps. We want to see our baby come home, healthy, strong, and happy.
