Hello to our family and friends.

As some of you know our beautiful and only daughter has recently been diagnosed with cervical cancer.

We have spent the last couple of weeks just trying to process this and Maureen is a very private person.

With her permission I am setting up this gofundme to help her with the additional medical costs that have already started for her as well as living expenses, but most importantly for her to be able to stop going to work while she is in so much pain and be able to rest when she needs, focus on herself and what her body is going to need while she goes through treatment and not stress how her daily living expenses will be paid.

I want to go back over this past year to share what Maureen and her family have already gone through and still going through.

Her husband Marcel who was always been a very hard worker has had 2 strokes as well as 1 toe amputated, some bone removal twice in the same foot due to his diabetes.

Through that while in hospitsl they found he also has severe kidney disease.

After his second stoke he was not able to return to work. He is still recieving 2 different antibiotics everyday which homecare comes to do in thier home as it has to be done through the pic he had inserted prior to being released from hospital. They also un wrap his foot, do wound care and re wrap daily.

Maureen is his primary caregiver as well as the sole provider for rent,food,medical expenses etc.

It took months before disability finally started to send him a cheque which already put them behind.

Maureen started her pain and systems back in December and has been trying her best to keep working, supporting them as well as be by his side through his journey.

She is one of the strongest woman I know and now she needs our financial support. Love and prayers.
