Hello everyone,
I am in a predicament that I never
thought I would be in...humbly asking for help for my family. 

On Jan 19, 2021 we experienced what
they call MONO Winds which has a
violent hurricane force winds which blew my 100 year old oak tree on my power
lines which broke my power pole in half. We have not had power since. We are
also on a well which requires electricity
so we do not have water pressure, just
trickles out. 
PG&E states that they are not
responsible because the power pole was on our property.
FEMA and Red Cross cannot help
because our county was not declared a
disaster area.
We have been trying to obtain home
insurance and due to the fact we live in a fire area,  no insurance company will
write a policy for our home. I have
elevated this to the insurance
commissioner and Board of Supervisors.  I know, closing the barn door after the horses have gotten out as my mom used to say.
The estimates we have gotten average $9000.00 and my husband and I are both on disability snd are on a fixed income.
Any help you could give us would be
truly appreciated.
