My name is Tyler Bland. Maudie is a friend of mine and my employee’s daughter.

On Wednesday, September 3, 2025, around 6:30 pm, Maudie was involved in a car accident on Tuolumne Road near Standard Park. A vehicle failed to stop at the red light intersection and Maudie’s vehicle was “T-Boned” in the intersection. As a result, Maudie suffered serious injuries, including a broken hip, pelvic fracture, multiple laceration wounds, and severe bruising. She was transported via medi-flight to Modesto for emergency surgery and care. She was still in the hospital as of this morning.

People who know Maudie may describe her as I do, which is a vibrant personality with a driven attitude. Not much gets Maudie down in life. Her laughter and outgoing perspective are contagious. She is a hard worker. She always puts her family first.

Maudie will be out of work for quite some time, as it will be necessary for her to heal and do physical therapy. She will have in-home care until she can get back on her feet again (and I’m certain that will be as soon as she can!). Until then, it would be helpful if money could be raised to help Maudie during this stressful and difficult time in her life. Any amount helps.

All money will go directly to Maudie to help pay any medical bills that come due and help offset living expenses while she recovers.
