Help Matula Family Through Father's Cancer Treatment

Donation protected
Recently, our friend and brother Wes Matula was diagnosed with Stage 3 follicular lymphoma, a form of blood cancer that will require ongoing chemo and immunotherapy treatment, frequent imaging, and close medical monitoring. He has already begun the 1st phase of chemotherapy and immunotherapy, and while his care team is optimistic, the financial burden associated with diagnosis and treatment has been significant on him and his family

Wes is a hardworking, devoted husband and father to two young children, his 11yr old son and 6yr old daughter. Anyone who knows Wes knows his character, he is servant-hearted son to his retired parents, a beloved uncle, generous with his time as a friend and has a known track record of helping others in need.

Now, Wes and his family are facing a season where the focus needs to be on treatment and healing, not financial stress.

Why We’re Asking for Help

Even with insurance, cancer treatment comes with substantial out-of-pocket costs. This fundraiser is to help cover:

Medical bills related to chemotherapy and immunotherapy

PET scans and other imaging required to monitor treatment

Prescription medications

Insurance deductibles and co-pays

These expenses add up quickly, especially during active treatment.

Any contribution will help ease the financial burden and allow Wes and his family to focus fully on his health and cancer treatment. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this page means just as much.

Thank you for your kindness, support, and prayers during this time. We are deeply grateful.
