Overnight on June 21st, my brother's family experienced a significant and damaging flood at their home in CNY. They were evacuated, are safe, and have been able to secure temporary housing due to the generosity of local friends.

As you can imagine, this has placed an enormous emotional and financial burden on their family. Insurance coverage is limited and does not come close to addressing the extent of their losses.

They lost both of their family vehicles, essential for getting to work, school, and appointments. Several major household appliances were destroyed, and countless personal belongings, including items of sentimental value, were ruined beyond repair.

We’re hoping to raise funds to help them:

Pay insurance deductibles

Purchase essential appliances (furnace, hot water heater, washer/dryer)

Offset repair costs/replace basic necessities
