Hey y’all, if you don’t know me, my name is Matt. I’ve been a baker for around 15 years. Most of my focus has been around breads but I do make some sweets too. A few years ago I developed an English muffin formula that so many people love. With their encouragement, as well as my amazing families, I’ve decided to give this dream a go. My plan is to start small and see where it goes, hopefully as far as I’d like to take it.

This crowd funding is to cover start up expenses such as small equipment, commissary kitchen rent, ingredients and all that fun paperwork for the government. With your help I hope to start something that can change the course of my families life and give me a level of professional pride that I have been longing for.
