Help Matthew with Surgery Expenses

My name is Matthew Slaughter and I am 46 years old. A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis more commonly known as Degenerative Joint Disease.
What I have is a genetic disorder, not a life style disorder. The kind of degenerative joint disease I have is very aggressive.
I have had five surgeries on my left hip in an unsuccessful attempt to keep from having a total hip replacement. After having so many surgeries in just a short amount of time my femoral nerve has become damaged from all of the stretching sustained during these surgeries. Unfortunately, this nerve damage is most likely going to be permanent. Replacement surgeries on my left shoulder and left knee are soon to follow.
My only option to be able to walk again for more than a few feet without pain is to have another surgery. They are going to implant a spinal core stimulator. This type of surgery is done is two phases. In the first phase, the implant is temporarily implanted for a test trial to ensure the leads are properly placed on the spinal cord. I will have an external battery pack to power the leads. In the second phase, the leads are permanently sutured in place and the battery pack is implanted in my lower back. This surgery will help to alleviate the problem with my nerve damage.
This is an expensive operation so I am asking for help. For the last couple of years due to all of the surgeries and this disease I have been unable to work and have almost completely drained my life savings and 401k’s. I am asking for any help you might be able to offer to help me pay for this surgery.
The first surgery is scheduled for January 12, 2017.
