Help Matthew Travel for Life-Changing Dental Implants

Hi, my name is Matthew, and I’m raising funds to cover travel expenses for essential dental implant procedures that will significantly improve my health and quality of life.

Growing up, my parents opened their hearts and home to my three young nephews. With so many responsibilities, dental care was never a priority. Because of this, I’ve struggled with serious dental issues for most of my life.

In 2017, I lost my father to cirrhosis of the liver. That loss sent me into a deep depression. Then, in March 2020, I lost my mother as well. During those years, it was difficult to prioritize my own health—especially my dental needs.

In 2015, I had eight back teeth removed and never returned to the dentist. I lived with recurring infections until I finally had a consultation with Aspen Dental, where I was told the infection was so severe it could land me in the hospital.

On October 30, 2024, I underwent a major procedure: 14 teeth were extracted, including my entire upper set and four lower teeth. I still have eight bottom teeth that are decaying or need extraction, and I’ve been diagnosed with advanced periodontal disease. I’m currently using a temporary partial denture and still deal with pain and difficulty eating every day.

I’ve now been given the chance to receive All-on-4 dental implants—a treatment that could restore not just my smile, but also my ability to eat properly, prevent further bone loss, and significantly improve my quality of life.

This treatment requires multiple appointments in Scottsdale, Arizona. While I’m incredibly grateful for this opportunity, the costs of travel, lodging, transportation, and meals for me and my wife are more than we can afford on our own.
