Help Matthew through this horrible time.

This is my brother Matthew, and he could really use some help.
On Monday this week he went to Dental Clinics North in Gaylord, where he had three teeth pulled. The next day his throat began to swell and he was in a tremendous amount of pain. He went back to the dentist on Wednesday and was told he didn't have an infection and to go back home.
That night Matthew's throat had swollen almost completely shut and he was in so much pain that he went to the ER. He was diagnosed with Ludwig's Angina, caused by the infection the dentist said he didn't have.
He was then flown to Hurley Medical Center in Flint, where he had to be intubated. He's now been on a ventilator for 3 days and the doctors plan to keep him on it for at least 3 more. He will then have surgery to remove bone fragments that have migrated into his jaw. All of this needs to happen before they can begin draining and treating the infection.
If the surgery is successful he is still looking at a month-long hospital stay, without enough insurance coverage and while missing work.
Everyone who knows him, knows he is not one to lay around. He has been sedated to keep him from fighting the vent... he just wants be back home with his kids, who are his whole world, his family and to get back to work.
Matthew has a long road to recovery ahead of him. We are asking for prayers for him, for his kids and for our family as we try to deal with this.
And if you can donate to help with Matthew's expenses while he waits to get back to work it would be greatly appreciated.
Please share and spread the word. I will try to keep this updated as Matthew's treatments progress.
God bless.
