A week before Thanksgiving, my life changed unexpectedly when I was struck by a vehicle. The accident left me with a fractured left elbow, left thumb, left big toe, and right hip. While I am grateful to be here and on the road to recovery, the journey has been incredibly challenging—especially since the other person's insurance is not providing any support, and my own health insurance does not cover all the costs.

Right now, I am unable to drive myself to medical appointments, and the expenses for physical therapy and transportation are quickly adding up. Every day is a new challenge, but I am determined to heal and regain my independence.
