Help Matthew rebuild!

Hurricane Michael has completely destroyed my brother in laws house. He took shelter out of state until the storm was over, but does not have a home to return to. He lost all of his clothes and other belongings. Please help matthew get set up so that he can start a home for himself that has the basic necessities such as shelter, food, water, and clothes. Any amount can help and will be greatly Appreciated. The plan is to buy him clothes, food, water, and basic house supplies.
