HELP MATTHEW GET HOME FROM TURKEY FOR MEDICAL CARE

Hi my name is Nichola Dunne we are from artane in dublin  We desperately need your help to get my brother Matthew Dunne home from Turkey. Matthew suffered a severe mental breakdown last week while away with his friend . Despite all our efforts the Turkish healthcare system has been no help with no mental health care system to speak of. With no food water or fluids in his system for almost a week now, Matthews condition, both physical and mental, has deteriorated drastically. This is now a matter of life of death to get him back to safety in Ireland. We have been In touch with an air ambulance service who will help at a cost of €35000. Any help big or small would be greatly appreciated.
