Help Matthew Gain Mobility and Independence

My name is Matthew. I am 38 years old a father and I am recently disabled with more procedures to come. My first procedure started in march. It was heart and artery surgery. The surgery has brought on a few complications. I require oxygen 24/7 due to partially collapsed lungs. I also have a paralyzed diaphragm with pulmonary hypertension there is talk of a transplant and a time frame of my life span. I currently have an oxygen concentrator at home with a 50ft tube that keeps tethered down. Portable Oxygen Tanks to allow me to go outside but have extra Costs and at this point I don’t have the funds. I am also not as strong as I used to be. I can no longer stand or walk for more than a couple mins. i'm on many waiting lists for things such as a wheel chair, oxygen tanks, shower chair, rent assistance, meal programs.
