Hello I am Matthew. I am a disabled man with several major medical issues including type 1 diabetes, osteoporosis and hypothyroidism. Every three months I have to pay around 500$ for my medical supplies to manage my diabetes. I am unable to make the cut this quarter and I am desperate. Our washing machine broke down and my car needs the brakes replaced and I have no options, everywhere around me are expensive issues that need to be addressed. My family needs me to be alive and doing my part time work for them to get by. I am desperate.
