Help Matt make Manes and Miracles!

Matt is a former police officer who was forced into an early medical retirement after a simple traffic stop turned tragic (you can read an article on it --> here<---) . Back broken, and heartbroken, for 2 1/2 years he struggled with the physical and emotional scars left from that unfortunate incident. He was deemed 'stable' in an 'unable to work' status by his doctors. He knew this couldn't be as good as he'd get, so undeterred, he began seeking alternate sources of therapy to help him continue to progress. He was introduced to Equine and Hippotherapy and over the course of a few months saw an immediate and profound difference. He was so impressed with what the horses were able to do for him, he had a desire to bring that blessing to others.
A plan began to develop to start a non-profit organization that provides Equine Therapy and Hippotherapy (More on that ---> here<---) (hippo is the Greek word for horse... not therapy with an actual hippo!) to those who need a miracle as much as he did. He will be working particularly with special needs children with struggles such as autism, anxiety, Downs Syndrome, multiple sclerosis, and other physical, emotional, and mental concerns, allowing them to have a special, non-traditional therapy that lets these sweet spirits connect to the animals. Then, through play and non-threatening interaction, receive therapy without even realizing it is therapy!
We(Matt and I, his wife) have begun working on our 501 (c)(3) status, and are working on acquiring the property to begin building the track and horse facilities. The problem we have run in to is that the property we have found has a mobile home on it... turns out it is next to impossible to find funding for a mobile home, even though it is really the land we are looking for! So, we thought we would turn to you for help. We have come up with the funds so far to cover about 70% of the cost for the property, but are still $70k short. We know this is an incredibly ambitious fundraising goal, and there's a good chance we will still have to figure out a good chunk more ourselves, but we send this out with hope and a prayer!
As soon as we have the funds, we will put every penny towards purchasing the land, which we will immediately begin clearing up, planting trees, building fencing and mare motels, and we hope to have a very basic facility available to begin creating miracles for children in the fall. We have great plans for this program, eventually hoping to be able to also offer Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Aqua therapy, and possibly even speech therapy all at one location!
