Help Matt With Expenses From Accident

Matt Medina was riding his motorcycle and was hit by a driver that did not see him. He is in critical condition and will have a long extensive recovery. Matt has a wife and 3 small daughters. Please help to cover the out of pocket medical expenses, which will be extensive, and his loss of income. He is covered by short term disability but that only covers 60% of his salary.
