I’m Matt, and on August 10th I’ll begin a journey I’ve dreamed about for more than a decade: running from Blaine, Washington to San Diego, California while pushing a cart with my provisions along the Pacific Coast. This challenge brings together so much of what I love: the outdoors, adventure, the coast, and doing hard things. This run is deeply personal for me. It’s a way to challenge myself, answer a call I’ve felt inside for years, simplify life down to the essentials, and stay present for each mile. I’m also excited for the people I’ll meet and the connections that can grow along the way.

I’m asking for support to help cover the practical needs of this journey, including meals, campsites, hotel rooms, and other essentials on the road.
